3. Does the Subject Property have a smoke detector installed in a central location outside each
sleeping area? (In a two-story home with bedrooms on both floors, at least two smoke detectors would
be required.) Have the smoke detectors have been tested and in working order in accordance with
Health and Safety Code Section 13113.8; California Building Code Section 1210; State Fire Marshall
