I bought KARIZMA ZMR on 1st of february 2011 from Gurgaon (Dealer -Auto Needs).

They didnot made


the bike available for test ride inspite of asking for ride test . the same day after buying the bike we FELT
SOME PROBLEM IN BIKE and came back to dealer to say that pick up is not upto the mark. they said that
it is not a problem and will be resolved automatically. but when we went to the authoriused servise
center they said that "CLUTCH PLATE BURNT" MY COMPLAIN IS EVEN IN THE MOST PREMIUM BIKE OF
HEROHONDA IS GETTING such PROBLEM AND THE KIND OF SERVICE I AM GETTING IS PATHATIC.
BECAUSE THE SERVICE CENTER IS ASKING MONEY TO REPAIR THE BIKE.MY friends were thinking to buy
the same bike but i AM SO FED UP with the performance of bike and service that it seems very difficult
for me to reccomend them to buy same bike.Now can i expect that you will look after the problem.
