SUBJECT : JUSTIFICATION FOR SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FOR

ABSENCE IN ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES

This is in response to the show cause notice that I received on 24 th

November, 2010.
It is submitted that I had some family issues which had to be settled down in
that period, and that my father is patient of Stroke for last two years and he
was not in a good state of health and I as a doctor in family had to attend
him, that is why I was not able to attend the hospital and appear in the test
conducted on Monday 22nd November, 2010. It is also submitted that I have
appeared in previous tests, as well as academic presentations on regular
basis.
Ill try my best not to give you chance of any complains in future.
