Sale and Purchase Agreement

Property : H.S. (M) 1814 PT No. 4575 Mukim Belanja
Vendor : Meela a/p Kathirvelu
Purchaser : Mohamad Omar Bin Dahalan

Matter I refer to the above regarding the sale of my property.

I have recived in information from Mr. Peter Gan, Negotiator, D. Henry valuers Realtors of No.
6B Jalan Greentown 3, Greentown Nova, 30450 Ipoh, that purchaser has decided to cancel the
agreement he has signed to buy my said property.

If this information is true, then this is a breach of the provinion of this agreement.

As such, I wish to know wheater as a vendor, I am free from all encumbrances and also free to look
for a different buyer who may come forward to buy my property.

This also means that the agreement signed by the purchaser is hall and void and of no legal effect. As
such, I am legally entitled to recover my costs incurred amounting to RM 1,000 from the purchaser.

I would be grateful to have year reply within seven (7) day, please.
