    Heavy Metals

    The Meeting agreed on the following limits for heavy metals to be used by
    regulators for post-market surveillance:

    Mercury 1 ppm
    when tested by the ASEAN Cosmetic Method (ACMTHA05)
    Lead 20 ppm
    when tested by the ACMTHA05
    Arsenic 5 ppm
    when tested by the ACMTHA05
