Step: 1

Open start menu and->all programs ->accessories->cmd

Step:2

Right click on the cmd option and Run as administrator

Step:3

Type “net user account name password *”

Without “”.it needs to type the password and then retype to confirms

In windows 7 step2 is necessary whereas in xp no needs of step2

Note: account name is simply the name of account such as Harry
