Dear Parents,

On Wednesday the 23rd of February Levels 2, 3, and 4 will be conducting “Getting

to Know You” interviews. As Level 1 completed these interviews last December we
thought we would take the opportunity to have a mini Information Night. We
would like all prep parents to attend one of our information sessions to ensure a
greater understanding of how and why we run some of our programs.

We will be conducting two identical sessions in Room 6 (middle room in the Early
Years Centre).

During these sessions the teachers will discuss:

• The Parent Helpers program

• Letterland/Literacy

• Take home books

• Early maths

• How to help your child at home

Please fill out the form below and return to your child’s classroom teacher. We
look forward to seeing you. Please don’t bring children along as it will be easier for
you to concentrate and with fewer interruptions hopefully we can get you home
early!
