SECRETS OF HAPPINESS

After surveying, believe it or not, money is not the main reason of happiness.

Surveys have shown that, freedom

of choice and tolerance, not
simply wealth, have lots to do
with a rise of happiness.

Denmark is the happiest nation

in the world, while Zimbabwe is
the most miserable place on
earth.

It is also notable that many of the

largest countries in terms of population
do quite badly. That is why the Dutch
are considered the most satisfied
individuals.

The frustrations of modern

life, and the anxieties of the
age, seem to be much less
significant compared to the
health, financial and
educational needs in other
parts of the world.
Survey Aspects
1- The rise of the overall world happiness is due to:

• Freedom of choice.
• Gender equality.
• Increased tolerance.

2- Methods of measuring happiness:

• Wealth.
• Access to health care.
• Basic education.

3- Dramatic mood shifts around the world:

• Happiness rises in fourth countries and decreased in only twelve.

• This year, the survey found that the freedom of choice and social acceptance are the most powerful
forces behind national mood.

4- Gratitude improves attitude:

• Expressions of gratitude might seem subtle, but has powerful effect on individuals lives.
• Religion, unity and positive systems have their positive effects too.

"frustrations of the modern life, are anxieties of the age, seem to be less
significant compared to the health, financial and educational needs in other
parts of the world." said by Adrian White in an article written by Marina
Kamenev "Rating Countries for the Happiness Factor".

Based on another article, named "Physiologists Now Know What Makes

People Happy" by Marilyn Elias,"The happiest people surround themselves
with family and friends and forgive easily." Elias also said, "The happiest
people spend the least time alone."
It is always advisable to look at the bright side and have a positive attitude
towards difficult situations, this does not only improve one's personality, but
it also makes them more satisfied about their lives.

It is not just about money, freedom of choice and tolerance makes people
happy, not necessarily the wealth itself. Being a hotshot might make you feel
good, but not necessarily happy. Money cannot buy happiness.
