TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Every officer is by default a member of welfare scheme.

2. Each member, will have to pay 999/- only per month.
a. Member whoever fails to pay fund for three consecutive months,
considered to be terminated and only 50% of his deposited amount will be
paid.
b. At the time of resignation/retirement the deposited amount will be paid
100%.
c. FRM (fund review meeting) will be held on quarterly basis.
d. The member once terminated his/her membership due to any reason will
not be given membership again.
e. The welfare loan amount will have to be returned in 05 installments.

 INTERNAL WELFARE FUND

It is herby being informed that who ever wants to be the part of welfare fund, may please
show his/her willingness.

The fund will have following terms and conditions

A. It is only for the welfare of the members.
B. Members will deposit Rs: 1000/- per month and their individual fund will
accumulate with the passage of time.
C. Members, who will be in a need of fund, will be entertained on the availability
of the fund. And the withdrawal amount will be returned to the main account
in not more than 03 installments.
D. When an individual wants to quit this scheme 100 % of his balance will be
returned to him/her and no further membership will be offered.
E. Further points will be added later for the betterment of this idea.
