He informed me that he contacted Shapiro & Fishman, LLP (“Shapiro”), the firm handling the foreclosure, and was informed that I was no longer employed with the firm and that they would not speak to him with regard to the reason documents were being fil-d by an attomey no longer employed with the firm, Mr. also informed me that the documents improperly filed under my name are central to his case and that the judge in the case will be reliminarily hearing the issues this week. He further stated that he may subpoena me as a witness in the case. I asked him to provide me with a copy of the document and it is enclosed with this letter. I will be contacting the Orange County Clerk of Court and informing them that my employment with Shapiro ended on July 31, 2010 and that I have not authorized the filing of docaments under my name since that date. If Shapiro.is or has used my electronic signature and/or login information, please immediately cease and desist doing so. I ask that you send out a firm wide email instructing all processors and employees that the use of my electronic signature and login information is strictly prohibited. [also request that you review all documents filed with the Orange County Clerk since July 31, 2010 to determine how many were improperly filed using my electronic signature and/or login information so that your firm can withdraw those documents immediately. I expect a certification from Shapio stating that all documents filed under my name ‘or with my electronic signature since July 31, 2010 have been withdrawn and properly resolved. 1 intend to obtain a print out from the Orange County Clerk listing all documents filed under my name since July 31, 2010. Upon obtaining this document, I will forward it to you for review. I fully expect that Shapiro will take full responsibility for th improper filing of documents under my name and will indemnify me and my current employer, Lender Processing Services, Inc., should any issues arise due to Shapiro’s improper and unauthorized use of my electronic signature and/or login information.
