Samir Becic is a American Bosnian personal trainer and fitness expert in Houston, TX.

He was the
fitness director of the second largest training facility in the US, and his awards within Bally Total
Fitness,including “Best of the Best Personal Trainer for Bally Total Fitness”, Best Fitness Director, 4 times
Number one Personal Trainer in the World, 22 times Number one Personal trainer in Texas and 29 times
Number one Personal Trainer in Houston. His clients include Rudy Tomjanovich, Deborah
Duncan, Victoria Osteen, Roula Christy, Sam Malone, Dana Tyson, among others. Men’s
Journal accorded him among the “Top Hundred Trainers in the US”. Rudy Tomjanovich called him “The
best trainer in the world”.

He developed the Becic Method, a functional training method which uses the body's own resistance. He
has been published in the book “Breakin’ Down the Barriers”, speaks at corporate seminars and is
featured in several TV and media outlets, including HTV and PBS's The Perfect Gentleman, Deborah
Duncan Great Day Houston, Houston Chronicle, Men’s Journal, Health and Fitness Magazine, Health
Talk Magazine, Chill Magazine, Barstool Magazine, Undefeated Magazine, Channel 2 "Behind the
