Novelty Layaway Agreement

I understand that by signing I agree to pay 25% of total cost of purchase up front. I
understand that I am responsible for a 10% service charge, based on remaining purchase
amount, per month that purchase is held. I agree to the payment plan below and understand
it is my responsibility to notify Hey Mon! Novelty of any changes of payment dates, items
purchased or any other changes that may affect this agreement. All layaway agreements are
held for no more than 3 months. I understand that any breech of this agreement voids the
Layaway agreement and no refund of monies put forth on purchase shall be refunded. All
sales are final.
