who scheduled your speech, infer info)
 Make predictions of their level of interest in,
knowledge of, attitudes (among you and your topic)
SUCCESFUL AUDIENCE ADAPTATION:
Adapting audience dynamics: Motivate, relate to
needs, wants, wishes.
Adjusting to audience demographics: Features, age,
gender, educational level, socioculture…
Meeting challenges of audience diversity: Adapt to
diversity: no stereotypes, ethnocentrism, sexism,
racism.
Adjusting to communication situations: Time, place,
size of audience adaptations.
