Entry And Exit Criteria of Integration Testing

 Entry Criteria for Integration testing phase are:


 The project is code-complete. There are no missing features or media elements
 The product satisfies the memory requirements specified by the Functional Spec.
 Test environment, Test cases and test data are ready
 Sanity testing is done and build is stable for further testing
 
 Exit Criteria for Integration phase are:
 All priority bug have been fixed and closed.
 All low priority bug has been addressed

Entry & Exit Criteria of System Testing


 Entry Condition
 Specifications for the product have been completed and approved
 Development has been completed on the entire product and Test environment is
ready
 Integration testing is completed and there is no high Priority & Severity defects
 Exit Condition
No outstanding critical defects
All test results have been documented
All code has been migrated into the model environment

Entry & Exit Criteria of User Acceptance Testing


 Entry Criteria
 Entire system functioning and all new components available
 All test cases are documented and reviewed prior to the commencement of UAT
 Exit Criteria
 All critical Business processes are working
 All test results recorded and approved
 UAT test summary report documented and approved
Suspension Criteria
 Hardware / Software not available at the time indicated in the project schedule
 The build contains many serious defects which seriously prevent or limit testing
progress
 Assigned test resources are not available when needed by the test team
Resumption Criteria
 If testing is suspended, resumption will only occur when the problem(s) that
caused the suspension have been resolved. When a critical defect is the cause of
the suspension, the “FIX” must be verified by the testing team before testing is
resumed
