 THE PROJECT

The aim of this project is to computerize the management of employees,

visitors and related procedures in any organization. During the development
of this project, the application shall be modified with a bias towards
managing the staff employed in an organization as well as the visitors of the
organization building, as the procedural details for such an organization shall
be directly available from the BHEL, Hardwar campus.

The application to be developed shall be capable of managing all staff

employed, in all departments and designations as well as the details of each
and every visitor of the building. It shall also allow for specialized but regular
procedures like leave and salary management for each individual employee.

The implementation of this application shall improve the employee

management efficiency and capability of any organization with certainty.
And with slight modifications, it can be applied to any kind of organization
with the same effect.
