SUB: Assistance for Visa application of SKANDA PRASAD

The Voices Melaka Debating Society of Multimedia University Melaka (MMU-Melaka) , welcomes
Skanda Prasad Ponnathpur Nagendra to the 3rd Malaysia Debate Open (MDO) as an invited, subsidized Deputy
Chief Adjudicator. The MDO will be held from March 4-7, 2011. We are expecting HUNDREDS of participants from
the best Universities across Asia. Almost a hundred teams from across 10 different nations will be participating at
MDO.

Details of the tournament are as mentioned below:

Date: 4th March 2011 – 8th March 2011(Friday to Tuesday)

Venue: Multimedia University Melaka, Malaysia
Format: Asian Parliamentary Debate

In recognition of his experience in judging, the tournament organizing committee takes

great pleasure in inviting Skanda Prasad as a Deputy Chief Adjudicator (DCA) for our prestigious
event. As DCA, Skanda will be a critical part of the successful running of this tournament, and we look forward to
having him with us in Malaysia for MDO. His accommodation, airfare, transportation and food for all days of the
tournament is being completely sponsored by the organizing committee of the tournament.
