Dear Professor,

As you know, the M.Tech students are not supposed to leave the campus during vacation
without taking casual/medical leave. Please take their attendance and inform the academic
section in case you come across students leaving the campus unofficially without your
permission. Assistantship will be released only after receiving communication from you in
this regard.
