    View Summer Training Report-:

    *In our training period I seen the organization cultures how the employees do their work in a practical
    manner.

    *my project title is training and development in ONGC Academy The academy conducts approx.
    250 programs catering to over 5000 executives and over a lakh training man days every year.
    This in all probability is the biggest institute in the public sector in the country with an
    investment of rupees thirty crores on the developments of human capital o the organization. For
    the purpose of the study, my trainer Mr.S.K.Jain conducted a survey and give lists of training
    programs &100 employees list ask them to choose one training program they want to undergo.
    Collected individuallydata through questionnaire and personal interview.
    *Plan of analysis: The source obtained from questionnaire is summed up by percentage
    technique analysis.

    *Finally general inference is arrived at. Conclusion and recommendation are made to improve
    the present policy and procedure at ONGC.

    Non –technical (NT) training program

    *The survey is  mainly conducted based on employees of grade III & IV.
