Reading/Phonics: Our story this week is

February 28th-March 4th- Spring Book Fair “The Way of an Ant.” This week in phonics, we March 1st- Spring Pictures will focus on the /ow/ sound spelled ow, ou_, o rd sounds other than long and short sounds; and /s/ March 3 - Evening with Dr. Seuss @ 6PM spelled ce and ci_. Language Arts/Writing: We will focus on writing make-believe stories. We will also review adjectives that compare. We will also introduce making gestures. Math: This week we explore patterns.
Wednesday we will have our Unit 6 test. We will then begin Unit 7 by working with doubles.
Social Studies: We will learn all about maps! Spelling Words: ground, sour, down,
