1. Features to be Verified (testcase list)

1.1 Start-up reset check(whether the elevator is in close door 1st floor).
1.2 UP request as input and check to which state elevator is reaching.
1.3 Continuous UP request or DOWN request and check whether elevator is reseti
ng the counter count.
1.4 UP request as input when elevator is in second floor door closed and check
whether elevator is reaching first floor directly.
1.5 Down request as input when elevator is in second floor door closed and che
ck to which state elevator is reaching.
1.6 Check when counter counts and count done signals are enabled and disabled.
1.7 Down request as input when elevator is in first floor door closed and chec
k whether elevator is reaching second floor directly.
1.8 Check whether count done is one when the counter reaches maximum count
1.9 Check outputs when the elevator is 1st floor door open,1st floor door clos
e,2nd floor door open and 2nd floor door close states.
1.10 Check when no request is given the elevator stays in the same state.

NOTE: Ensure that all data changes happen on the pos edge of input clock.
