Thesis:
Musical adeptness yields a sense of equilibrium to one’s life through the
accommodation of spiritual enrichment, popular collaboration, and somatic
composure although acquiring such skill can be strenuous, often demanding
genuine sincerity and perseverance.

Class Activities

1) I will have a montage of songs/ pieces with the violin in it. From Earlier years
up to popular music. Have the class write down what they recognize and which
ones they can actually name.

2) Present the class with different violin pieces and see which one is the most
relaxing (Mozart Effect)

3) I will have different instruments play. Have the class identify what the
instruments are, pick out the strings and determine which of the instruments is the
violin.
