Historically March 27 has always been celebrated as 'Revolution Day' and NOT 'Tattmadaw Day'. It wasn't with the sole effort of the military but ordinary people of various background made sacrifices to revolt against the imperial Japanese Forces. If we are to leave a proud heritage to our children we should not let Than Shwe and his handful of thugs re-write history. If the military were to regain their rightful role in Burmese society soldiers of rank and file who still are left with 'common sense' and the last ounce of courage should do the right thing as they have sworn to do in the first place. Let's Just Do It!
