ABSTRACT:
 This paper proposes that so far, we have seen LAN, MAN and WAN
here is a new concept of “RED TACTON” which makes the human body
as a communication network by the name HAN (Human Area Network).
It focuses on the naturalness, inevitability and sense of security conveyed by
touching which we call Redtacton [Red-Warmth, T-Touch and A-Action]
which could let people transfer data to each others handhelds by means of
handshake or a slap on the back. Using a transmitter embedded in say, a
PDA Redtacton sends a 5 volts pulse along the surface of body. The human
body shunts most of electricity to ground resulting in weak electric field that
can be modulated to carry signals, as the receiver is located. It is a safe, high
speed network transmission path which is completely distinct from wireless
and infrared.

It uses minute electric fieldmitted on the surface of human body

technically and can achieve duplex communication over human body at a
maximum speed of 10 Mbps. The information is sending from neural
network of human kind which gets received by electric field sensor and then
signal get processed in receiver circuit. Depending on fluctuation in weak
electric field the information get transmitted and then received by the super-
sensitive electric field sensing technology.

Users can listen to music from redtacton by putting on a head set or

holding a viewer. Touching the TV remote control triggers a filter/search
routine according to your personal programming preferences. Redtacton will
enable services based on human centered interactions and therefore more
intimate and easier for people to use.
