We have received some information about the fact that Neva Obradovic,
being the president of trade union, Vera Petrovic, being the secretary,
Miloradovic Goran and Mirajana Ilic being members of trade unions were
sacked for belonging to trade unions.

Your company has accepted their reinstation if they resign to create or take
part of a trade union, which violates the labour law and the international
laws where the unionist rights are protected being one of the main keys of
the democracy.

We urge you to readmit immediately these unionists without taking any kind
of reprisals and to establish a normal relation with their trade union in order
to recognize all unionist rights legally recognized by Serbian legislation.

We will be waiting your quickly answer about our petition, by the time we
take note about the labour practises, which seems to be the habituals in
Youra Serbia, where the labour rights are not respected. We are so surprised
that Hyundai and KIA don’t take care of choosing their suppliers.

We also ask for the urgent intervention of the State of Serbia from the
labour inspectors and the Department of Employment in order to guarantee
the performance of law and democracy in order to recognize the role of
trade unions.
