To Whom It May Concern:

After receiving the appropriate financing, I have decided to open a business selling

Blue Jeans and Graphic T-shirts. I have been offered two prospective locations from

a local Commercial Property Management Company. Although both of the locations

are attractive I have decided on one that meets my needs more effectively. I am fully

aware that careful determination of a new site is critical for my business to prosper,

therefore, I have decided to take my business to the property that is located in an

existing Strip Mall near the Mall of Georgia. The surrounding area is in high volume

of traffic all times of the day. The location is perfect for my business because this

particular area already attracts consumers due to the surrounding businesses and

there are two other similar businesses in the immediate area that are doing quite

well. My business will benefit substantially when it will be in close proximity to the

other competitors that will surely help me benefit from their marketing efforts. The

competitors in the area chose their locations based on the ideal demographic of the

area, therefore why spend the money when they have already done the marketing

aspect. There is no sense in opening a business in the middle of nowhere where it

would be much harder to get the business thriving. I am also currently in the

process of hiring a lawyer to negotiate the lease that will work best for my business

and for me to be properly aware of the terms of the lease and the condition of the

property. The business location is very substantial for my prospective business

because it has everything of a start up that I require to thrive.
