Today I was going back over my notes from last year when I came across a page that described an exercise that I
had not done in about 5 months.  I knew it was time to do this exercise again.  The exercise is called Brain Dumping.

What is Brain Dumping?

If you search online you will find different definitions of brain dumping.  The definition I use is “the process of taking
everything out of your head and putting it on to paper so you will not forget it and can begin working with it”.  I have
soo many things floating around in my head that I knew that I needed to do this process.  I probably should does this
every quarter.

This week I have been snowed in the house and I have been going a little stir-crazy and I have all these ideas floating
around my head.  The kids are starting to drive me a little crazy from watching so many episodes of iCarly, so my
brain is starting to stress.  So I sat down today away from the family and did my brain dump.  I actually filled up 3
pieces of paper.
