The benefits of eating healthily are separated into 3 main categories, which include physical, social and emotional benefits. My view on the benefits of
healthy eating is that you can eat what you want to, but in moderation.
Some of the physical benefits of healthy eating include maintaining good body weight, supporting your body while you are growing so that you can
reach your full physical potential, give you more energy to participate in physical activity, and some studies have shown that a balanced diet will ensure
you have the essential nutrients you need for your brain to function efficiently. 
Social benefits of healthy eating can lower health costs, and work can be much more productive. This will ultimately save people money, buildings and
businesses can be built faster, more people will then join the community, and more people will join the sporting teams available.

make them healthier. In America today, unhealthy eating habits are the number one cause of obesity and various medical conditions. Often times, if a
person changes their eating habits and consume the proper amount of nutrients in early life some medical conditions can be prevented. The most
practical solution is to create a healthy eating plan and stick to it. A health eating plan consists of the amount of nutrients one should intake on a daily
basis. The nutrient in which one consumes is based on a specific calorie intake according to a person’s age, gender, weight, and height.
