The benefits of eating healthily are separated into 3 main categories, which include physical, social and emotional benefits. My view on the benefits of
healthy eating is that you can eat what you want to, but in moderation.
Some of the physical benefits of healthy eating include maintaining good body weight, supporting your body while you are growing so that you can
reach your full physical potential, give you more energy to participate in physical activity, and some studies have shown that a balanced diet will ensure
you have the essential nutrients you need for your brain to function efficiently.
Social benefits of healthy eating can lower health costs, and work can be much more productive. This will ultimately save people money, buildings and
businesses can be built faster, more people will then join the community, and more people will join the sporting teams available.
Some emotional health benefits include having more confidence and higher self esteem, people accept and like
