What a blessing it was to be in the House of the Lord this past Sunday. Don did a fabulous job sharing the Gospel
with us through music. He is so talented. Wasn’t great to see a full sanctuary? I feel sorry for you if you missed out
on this blessing.

This Sunday, March 13th, we will begin our second course in our Curious series. It is best if you have completed
Curious 101 before attending Curious 202, although it is not mandatory. If you would like to participate in Curious
202, we will start promptly at 9:15 in the parlor. There is no charge for this class, but each participant will receive a
study guide. This is a 3-4 week commitment so please only take the class if you can attend each week. During this
course, we will be examining the “Habits of a Disciple.” I do hope you will plan to join us.

This Sunday will be the last chance to sign up for the Men’s Bean dinner. If you plan to join us, please sign up on
the bulletin board in the coat room. Mark Scott from Ozark Christian College, will be the guest speaker and Tony
Cason from Worthington Christian Church will lead the worship. Tony and Mark do an excellent job. You will
enjoy them. If you plan to ride in the van, we will leave the church promptly at 5:00 PM.

This Sunday, we will begin a new series of sermons entitled: “The Viewer’s Choice”. Each week I
will preach on one of the topics you had turned in on your silent roll card. Again I thank you
for helping me form this series. This week, we will study “The Things God Hates”. If
you would like to prepare for this subject, try reading Proverbs 6:16-19.

Have a great week. I hope to see each of you this Sunday.

In His Service,

Brad Seevers, Eph. 3:20-21

Glen's Thoughts Upcoming Events

Saint Patrick’s Day is a day associated with green clothes and
pinching, red hair, clovers, and perhaps some other things that
Mar. 14, 7:30 pm
are not so great. It would be good to remember the day’s Jr/Sr High Movie Night at
namesake a bit more clearly, though. Saint Patrick was a the Shady's
missionary to Ireland. In order to explain the concept of the
Trinity of God, he used a three leaf clover. Even though the Mar. 18, 5:30-7:30 pm
clover is one little plant, each leaf represents a different part of Saint Patrick’s Themed
that plant. Elementary Party
It is in this spirit that we look forward to our St. Patty’s

elementary party on Friday, March 18. This is going to be an
awesome time that will feature lots of green and fun, but will also Jr/Sr High Progressive
feature an exciting, interactive lesson on the trinity inspired by Dinner
Saint Patrick. This event is a perfect outreach opportunity, so I
encourage you to do what you can to invite children you may Mar. 26, Details TBA

night, so please contact Glen if you are available to help.
