Reaction Paper: Judiciary

As we sat down on the seats provided, it is very evident to say that the court room is overcrowded. You
cannot distinguish the accused except if they wore detainee t-shirt and escorted by the police. as the
presiding judge enter, the court is now in order. I was surprise when the clerk of court call all the cases
scheduled to be heard. they were all 34 cases. i’m just wondering if it will be finished all today? or
should I say how it is going to happen? i know that both parties are entitled to speedy trial in accordance
to the rule of law. but in this case, will both parties be given equal chances to prove their selves in the
court.
