1. List all positive benefits to a
telecommuting program.
1. For communities
 can offer fuller employment
 also reduces traffic congestion and traffic
accidents, relieves the strain on
transportation infrastructures, etc.
2. For companies
• For companies, telecommuting expands the
talent pool, reduces the spread of illness,
reduces costs, increases productivity, etc.
• also increase staff without increasing office
space needs which is saving the cost and can
often gain significant savings in facilities costs
3. For employees
• affords an employee the freedom to look for
another place to live, where he or she can feel
comfortable both from a social, as well as an
economic standpoint and live near people that
have common interests.
• All this while, can remaining loyal and
productive for their employer.
4. Other benefits
• can reduce vehicle-related noise pollution and
improve air quality and improves health by
reducing stress related to compromises made
between family and work.
• offers a renewed opportunity for workers to
rediscover the joys of working from their

managers could have about telecommuting.
• the employer will feel fear of loss control by
losing trust with their employee as if they able
to see them, it would be more good.
• it will create the inability to effectively
manage remote employees.
• Employers who view remote monitoring as
difficult are often concerned about the
logistics of how to manage from a distance.
• Many managers also worry that if the
employees is not physically present in the
office, and under close supervision, work
productivity will suffer.
• The employees may get a negative affect in
their career.
