either in the Directors Report or as
an annexure to the Directors report
or Annual Report or by way of
notice, explanatory statement etc
Disclosure as per the Listing
Agreement (Clause 36):
A listed company is required to keep the exchange
informed of events such as strikes, lock outs, closure
on account of power cuts etc…

In addition the company is required to furnish to the

exchange on request such information concerning the
company

The company will also immediately inform the

exchange of all the events which will have bearing on
the performance of the company as well as price
sensitive information
