GREEN CHILAQUILES

INGREDIENTS:
12 tortillas
12 green tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 sprig epazote
Serrano chile to taste
Oil for frying
Sal
1 / 2 cup cream
1 / 2 cup crumbled queso
1 onion, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut tortillas into cubes and add in oil.
- Drain fat.
- Blend tomatoes, peppers and garlic.
- Cook until seasoning, then add salt and epazote industry.
- Add 3 cups water.
- When the sauce is boiling add the tortillas, but hand them a moment,
not too soft. Turn off heat. - - Serve with crumbled cheese, sour cream
and onion slices.
