Menjalara, I would like to express our satisfaction and thanks for the educational
tour.

2. I am happy to say that the educational tour had exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for providing us with a tour guide that had provided us with a very
informative tour. We also would like to thanks the factory for the slide presentation
and refreshments.

3. I would like to inform you that we were able to reach the objectives from the
educational tour. We were also very happy for receiving the sample gifts from the
factory.

Thank you again for allowing us to make a visit to your place. We hope that we can
organize other visits to the factory in the future.
