• To make outgoing calls pertaining to Telco sales products & up-selling across the entire product
portfolio.
• To manage, collate and update customer database accurately and on a timely basis.

Responsibilities:
• To take incoming telephone enquiries & complaints from customer pertaining to telco product &
services.
• Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities:
• No Experience required, Fresh Graduates & SPM school-leaver are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication skills, PC literacy & have positive attitude.
