Problem:

 Not enough sales during the low seasons.


o Public vacations are the worst seasons (winter holiday, summer and Christmas)
o Mr. and Mrs. Denmark is not coming.
o They don´t want to change their prices.
 In order to keep their standards.

o Maybe some concerns about their service maintenance.

o Demand forecast (based on what they told us+ our opinion)
o Channel analysis and selection (based on what they told us + what we think they should do)

Conclusions

 Should they introduce revenue management?


 Maybe we need to say that they need some kind of revenue management, because the question
leads up to it.

 Include we need to include marketing examples, of how they could get more visitors into the hotel
in low seasons. (because that is what they are asking for)
