    On Monday, the 21st March 2011, I visited McDonald's restaurant at Satyam cinema complex,

    Nehru Place, New Delhi-19.

    Exteriors & wide sitting area was clean. 4 in 5 counters were occupied & working. 1 customer was
    ahead to me. Employee greeted me in well manner. I ordered a McAloo Ticki, Mid coke & Mid
    Fries. He offered me a meal.

    Taste of fries and McAloo Ticki was good but Coke had extra ice.

    The total service time took 43 seconds whereas total experience time was 116 seconds.

    I appreciate employees' behavior, appearance and working style but quality of products & delivery
    time can be better.
