By first, I choose to experiment with water, in both cases, in the vacuum bottle and in the pot.
So I start heating 1 liter of water, to distribute in both systems.

I heat the water until start evaporates, so initial temperature and the initial conditions are
equal are 87°. So I take 500 millimeters and put in the vacuum bottle and the other 500
millimeters y put in the pot just cover.

I check both systems in the next day and, in the first case the temperature in the vacuum
bottle was 80° so even the water gets colder in this time this was not very hugh change, butin
the other hand, the water temperature in the pot was really different 25°.
