PREFACE

Management studies are expected to be not only theoretical

but also practical to equip the student’s coming out of any
managerial institution after having been mounded and shaped
with the knowledge of various managerial functions would be
able to function to plan efficiently, organize, direct, and
control man, money, material and contributing their respective
share in the achievement of both organization and individual
motive. This would enrich not only the individuals but also the
whole humanity at large because these action will influences
the size, profitability, growth, risk, survival of the firms
therefore he must have a clear understanding and a strong
grasp of the nature and scope of finance functions

Working on a relevant and projects of particular topic is a

part of my specialized courses of higher education. To fulfill
this requirement as a student of M.B.E I have chosen this
