The archaeology of the remains of the Celtic structures

suggests that the Celts were very intent on hunting animals.
The wall paintings on the inside of the smithy’s house shows
that the Celts did hunt animals for food. Thatched Straw was
used to construct the roofs of the structures. This suggests that
straw was easily accessible for the Celts.
