My ideal job is the manager of a five star hotel. A hotel manager is tasked with the
responsibility of ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly. Guests expect clean,
comfortable rooms and attentive staff.
So this is the platform where my knowledge and skills are put to good use & this is
the job where I will learn and grow as a person and an employee and where I am
given challenges that test my potential.
I feel that good job means where you find good culture and good working
environment & which you do satisfactorily, enthusiastically and confidently with
high spirit of excellency.Therefore I would like to state that I am highly
motivated by my confidence to excel in my life. It is obvious for some people the
motivation is required but for some others their confidence is sufficient.i.e they
are self starters and I believe that I am a self starter to do a good job.
Planning is the most important step of all in achieving goals so first of all I plan
how to achieve my objectives. The first step I did is that I developed a positive
attitude. Positive thinking will surmount roadblocks of every kind placed in my
path. The next thing I practiced is that I never gave up my goals. This helped me to
renew my commitment on demand! Staying focused and motivated will help me to
realize my dreams quicker than anything else. I visualized my goals everyday
before going to bed. Every time I will try to take small steps towards my goal by
accomplishing small day to day objectives
