Topics, I would be interested in conducting the project are :

1) Project analysis and implementation (software development process)

It consists of 5 stages.

1) Project planning

2) Project estimation and selection

3) Risk management in capital budgeting

4) Project financing

5) Project implementation and control

6) Project review and administrative aspects

I would like to know how a project is dealt with , in regard to these stages of project
analysis and implementation.

2) Corporate Restructuring

I would like to study about the ways to serve share holders better in case of mergers ,
acquisitions, consolidation and divestitures. How to achieve the goal of maximizing
wealth during the above situations? I would like to know the impact of corporate
restructuring on the shareholders value in Indian context.
