World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets has the following minimum s

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
==========================================================================
AUTORUN:
1. Turn the computer on and start Windows® XP/Vista. Please close any other progra
ms that you have running.
2. Place the World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets disc in the DV
D-ROM drive and wait 10 seconds. The install screen should appear.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. When prompted, insert additional disks according to the instructions and thei
r labels.
Note: If the Autorun feature is disabled or does not work properly, please follo
w one of the manual installation methods below.
MANUAL INSTALLATION METHOD ONE:
1. Turn the computer on and start Windows® XP/Vista. Please close any other progra
ms that you have running.
2. Place the World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets disc in the DV
D-ROM drive.
3. Click on [Start] then click on [Run].
4. Type the letter of your DVD-ROM drive (usually D ) followed by a colon (:) and t
he word SETUP . Then click the [OK] button. (Example: D:SETUP )
5. The install screen should appear. Follow the on-screen instructions.
MANUAL INSTALLATION METHOD TWO:
1. Turn the computer on and start Windows® XP/Vista. Please close any other progra
ms that you have running.
2. Place the World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets disc in the DV
D-ROM drive.
3. Double-click on the [My Computer] icon from your desktop.
4. Double-click on the DVD-ROM icon labeled [WSOP2008].
5. Double-click on the [Setup] icon.
6. The install screen should appear. Follow the on-screen instructions.
GETTING STARTED AFTER INSTALLATION:
1. Place the World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets disc in the DV
D-ROM drive.
2. Click on [Start], then select [Programs].
3. Select Activision Value, World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets
, and Start Game to start the game.

GAME OVERVIEW
World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets features the following game
play modes:
Career - Play through a full calendar of WSOP Events based on the real W
SOP held in Las Vegas each year! Also take part in invitational cash games and a
Heads Up tournament against the world's best.
Multiplayer - Test your skills against other people online in all of the
different game tpyes.
Quickplay and Custom Games - Define your own poker experience from numbe
r of players to buy-ins in all of the different game types.
Training - Learn from the pros, practice your hands and view unlocked vi
deo poker tips.
Note: To select menu options, use the arrow keys on your keyboard or the mouse.
Highlight the desired option and press spacebar or click the left mouse button t
o accept.

- All New Game Materials created by you shall be exclusively owned by Activision

ding but not limited to, for purpose of advertising and promoting the Program.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Excepting patches, updates and any downloaded content, Activis
ion warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this Program that the recordi
ng medium on which the Program is recorded will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If the recording medium
is found defective within 90 days of original purchase, Activision agrees to rep
lace, free of charge, any product discovered to be defective within such period
upon its receipt of the Product, postage paid, with proof of the date of purchas
e, as long as the Program is still being manufactured by Activision. In the even
t that the Program is no longer available, Activision retains the right to subst
itute a similar program of equal or greater value. This warranty is limited to t
he recording medium containing the Program as originally provided by Activision

EVEN IF ACTIVISION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ACTIVIS
ION S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PRICE PAID FOR THE LICENSE TO USE THIS
PROGRAM. SOME STATES/COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND/OR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY M
AY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights of Activision, this Agreement
will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and condition
s. In such event, you must destroy all copies of this Program and all of its com
ponent parts.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: The Program and documentation have been devel
oped entirely at private expense and are provided as "Commercial Computer Softwa
re" or "restricted computer software." Use, duplication or disclosure by the U.S
. Government or a U.S. Government subcontractor is subject to the restrictions s
et forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software clauses in DFARS 252.227-7013 or as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1) a
nd (2) of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights clauses at FAR 52.2
27-19, as applicable. The Contractor/Manufacturer is Activision, Inc., 3100 Ocea
n Park Boulevard, Santa Monica, California 90405.
INJUNCTION: Because Activision would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this
Agreement were not specifically enforced, you agree that Activision shall be en
titled, without bond, other security or proof of damages, to appropriate equitab
le remedies with respect to breaches of this Agreement, in addition to such othe
r remedies as Activision may otherwise have under applicable laws.
INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Activision, its partners, aff
iliates, licensors, contractors, officers, directors, employees and agents harml
ess from all damages, losses and expenses arising directly or indirectly from yo
ur acts and omissions to act in using the Product pursuant to the terms of this
Agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this
license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representati
ons between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, s
uch provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforcea
ble and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected. This A
greement shall be construed under California law as such law is applied to agree
ments between California residents entered into and to be performed within Calif
ornia, except as governed by federal law and you consent to the exclusive jurisd
iction of the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, California.
