Statement of Work for the LATA GROUP

What we plan to have as a deliverable for this project is a service that the school will be able to

provide to the students. This will be a service that the school can use as a marketing and selling

tool.

First a survey will be conducted of the student body to establish how big the demand is. Once

the scope has been defined we then build a WBS. Scheduled meetings are set up to define what

needs to be done and how long each activity should take. Next we will find the government

financing to pay for this joint venture. Quality assurance will be defined and delivered. Human

resources are established in our group but the outside human resources will be the

stakeholders and they will be managed as needed. Communication is established in meetings.

All the stakeholders will be distributed information as the project moves along. This allows for

the stakeholders expectations to remain realistic and address any issues that might arise. Risk

analysis will be researched to come up with a contingency plan to decrease the probability and

impact of negative events. The procurement of the grants or funding found would have to be

done by the actual school administrators.
