My De-Procrastination Plan

STEPS MUST BE COMPLETE OR CONSEQUENCE WILL FOLLOW


Timeframe: 7:30am-5:30pm
GOAL: Complete work in given timeframe so that I can relax and spend quality time with
my family in the evening without the stress of having a messy home.

1. Wake up before 7:30 am


2. Get dressed/ Pick out kids clothes
3. Start laundry (COMPLETE 2 loads before days end)
4. Quick pick-up of each room (no more than 10 minutes/room)
5. Play with the kids or take them outside each day
6. Deep clean 1 area each week
 Week 1- Living Room
 Week 2- Bathroom/Laundry Room
 Week 3- Kitchen
 Week 4- Bedrooms
7. Prepare dinner meal

Additions to specific days:


 Monday- Clip coupons
 Tuesday- Pay bills/balance checkbook
 Thursday-Take kids to library
*Make time to play with the kids or take them outside each day
CONSEQUENCE: INTERNET ACCESS WILL BE DENIED IF STEPS ARE NOT COMPLETED
