Rater reliability = human error · Inter-rater unreliability : if there is two or more scored yield inconsistent scores of the same test. Example: if there is speech contest, if the just have two judgments, there will be inconsistent scores. · Intra-rater unreliability : almost happen for classroom teachers because of unclear scoring criteria, fatigue, bias. Example: 3. 3. Validity Content validity --- must be based with objective and curriculum it self. Thematic organization: - text is correlated with others. Must have correlation 4. 4. Washback-bailey There is a natural tendency for both teachers and students to tailor their classroom activities to the demands of the test, especially when the test is very important to the future of students.
