And hence the need to create a common platform arises. And this platform is provided by enterprise wikis. Such an enterprise collaboration platform will not only bring together the company’s knowledgebase, but will also encourage employees to participate in and contribute to the decision making processes. When the involvement of employees is encouraged, their performance improves, thereby making the business prosper.
