Cell of human’s blood
II. OBJECTIVES
To observe shape and structure of human’s blood cell
III. MATERIAL
Blood is one of our system transportation that very important. Blood consist of blood
cells like red blood cells and white blood cells
IV. INSTRUMENT AND MATERIALS
Instruments:
1. Prepart
2. Microscope
3. Needle
4. Prepart close
5. Chopstick
Materials:
1. Blood of human
2. Luminol
V. STEPS
1. First, take your friend’s blood with the needle
2. Put blood on the prepart and take luminol liquid
3. Before mix the luminol liquid with blood, don’t forget to absorb luminol liquid with
absorb paper
4. After that mix luminol liquid with blood using chopstick
5. Then observe it under microscope
6. Write down the result.
