Jimmy Slemboski

Jimmy Slemboski has served as national Executive Partner of Baker & Hostetler LLP since 2004.
In his role as Executive Partner, Mr. Jimmy Slemboski serves as the firm’s Chief Executive
Officer and chairs all meetings of the Policy Committee, which is the governing body of the firm.
Since joining Baker Hostetler in 1979, he has served in several management positions, including
Policy Committee Member and Chair of the firm’s National Business Practice Group, while
developing an active legal practice focusing primarily on transactions, financings and securities
law.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski advises and represents clients in the areas of domestic and foreign
mergers and acquisitions, and he regularly works with public and private companies, private
equity and venture capital firms, and emerging companies in obtaining venture capital financing.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski’s securities law work has included registration statements under the
Securities Act of 1933 with respect to both debt and equity financings and annual and periodic
reports and proxy statements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. He works closely with
NYSE and NASDAQ companies.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski serves on the Board of Directors of Preformed Line Products Company
(NASDAQ: PLPC). Preformed Line Products designs and manufactures products and systems for
the energy, telecommunications and cable industries worldwide.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski has been named one of America’s Leading Business Lawyers by
Chambers USA since 2005, and he was elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation
in January 2008. His community work in Cleveland includes serving on the Board of Trustees for
The Cleveland Museum of Art (2004 to present), the Board of Regents for St. Ignatius High
School (2005 to present), Member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Cleveland Partnership
(2006 to present), Member of the Executive Campaign Cabinet of the United Way (2007 to
present), as well as Co-Chair of the United Way’s Philanthropist Society (2008 to present).
