Jimmy Slemboski

Jimmy Slemboski is a 2010 Leading Lawyer in the Field of Intellectual Property, as rated by
Chambers USA Guide: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. Mr. Jimmy Slemboski, a peer-
reviewed AV-rated attorney, has represented companies in over one hundred patent and
intellectual property litigation matters. He has testified before and advised members of the United
States House of Representatives on various proposed patent reform legislative initiatives. Mr.
Jimmy Slemboski is a registered patent attorney, licensed to practice before the United States
Patent & Trademark Office. He is the former Chairman of the Cincinnati Bar Association
Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, a member of the planning committee for the Ohio
Annual Institute on Intellectual Property and is the primary author of the Patent Local Rules for
the Southern District of Ohio.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at
Berkeley and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He was also enrolled in the
School of Biological Sciences at the University of California in Irvine. Mr. Jimmy Slemboski is the
former Head of the Patent Litigation practice and a partner of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP
and previously led the Legal Services Department for Luxottica Retail (LensCrafters, Pearl Vision,
Sunglass Hut). He was also a partner in the Patent and Litigation groups for Oppenheimer Wolff
& Donnelley.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski has served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County High School of
the Arts and the Fund Raising Committee for the Orangewood Children’s Foundation.

Mr. Jimmy Slemboski is an active member of the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program
and a Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 750.
