SYNOPSIS

This project report is on fccb (foreign currency convertible currency) issued by the
Indian companies.

We make analysis of two Indian companies which issued fccb i.e. Tata chemical and
Tata teleservices.

The objective of project is to study the impact of fccb issued by Indian companies.

Methodology to be used to carry out the data to collection of data through secondary
sources, analyzing data, reporting the result analysis and conclusion there of sources of
information are company’s annual report or other financial report.
